Adam is currently the Business Development Director for Business skills at Global Knowledge.  Business skills currently compromises of ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI, Professional management and risk management.  Adam has grown these vendors from birth and currently this year he has achieved 120% of his annual target (£4,000,000) achieved and a growth on last year of 147%.  Adam is involved in big ticket deals from either my own account set or from our other sales people.   Adam is working on multiple deals ranging from £20,000 to £3 million which are focused in the UK, EMEA, North America &AsiaPac.  Adam has constantly shown his ability to communicate at all levels and win multi cultural business.

Adam is responsible for setting the budget and target for his area of the business.  This includes strategic planning to ensure that Adam and the sales people are fully equiped to hit the target approved by the board and to gain a competitive advantage over Global Knowledge's competitors.

Adam also excels as business analysis.  Adam regularly conducts internal, external and market analysis which he presents back to to the board to help set the strategic plans of the company and the direction over the short and long term.  Adam makes sure he is aware of the strengths and weakness of the environment he is in to ensure he can adapt and progress with minimal obstacles.

Prior to being promoted to this role Adam was the product manager for Business skills which involved aiding sales at customer facing meetings to offer expertise for the sales guys.  In this role we won 2 major contracts with Kingston and Cable & Wireless of which Adam was a major team player and vital to their success.

Adam was also the Strategic Alliance manager for 12 months.  This involved growth of this from £1.8 million to £3.5 million.  During this role he revamped Global Knowledge's partner relationship model from a legacy agreement to a strategic level system.  This involved all partners bidding for business at a specific level, of which they would get different benefits relating to those levels.

At Global Knowledge Adam has also been an internal account manager with an average 139% per month achievement.
